At Warm and Cool (underfloor Heating Southern Ltd) our purpose is to educate people on how to live in a healthy, comfortable and economic environment. We have over 27 years experience having installed over 2000 Water Fed Floor based Central Heating systems in Otago and Southland - more than any other company. We use the latest heat pump technology to heat your home & hot water with an optional solar assist.

Based in Dunedin, we operate from Timaru to Invercargill incuding Oamaru, Queenstown, Wanaka, Cromwell, Alexandra. At Warm and Cool we have a passion about what we do and if underfloor central heating is not the option for you, we offer a wide range of efficient heating alternatives. Warm and Cool also has experience in other energy sources including micro-hydro, wind generation and ground recovery heat pumps.
