COVID-19 UPDATE

Dear Valued Customer

From the 9th June our technicians will be operating under COVID-19 Alert Level 1 guidelines and protocols set out by the Government and the Ministry of Health.

We will be operating slightly differently in the ‘new normal’ and will have processes in place to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff, our customers and our partners we work alongside to minimise the risk of transmission of COVID-19 and keep us all safe.

Office opening hours: Our Showroom will be open to the public however we request all visitors and staff sanitise hands on arrival and departure of the building. We will offer a QR code for all visitors to use should they wish to in order to assist with contact tracing. We are also contactable by phone from 8:00am to 5:00pm. For any breakdowns and/or servicing requirements please call us on 03 453 1010 and we will arrange for a technician to visit.

Delivery of goods to our premises: Inward goods delivery should be made between the above hours.
